מחיקת חשבון Gorilog

כך מוחקים את חשבון Gorilog ואת כל הנתונים שלו בענן. אין צורך להתקין את האפליקציה מחדש כדי לבקש מחיקה.

הדרך המהירה: מתוך האפליקציה

פרופיל ← מחק חשבון ← אישור ← הסיסמה. המחיקה מיידית: השרת מוחק את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים, ואחר כך הטלפון מתרוקן.

בלי האפליקציה: במייל

שלח מייל אל privacy@gorilog.com מהכתובת שאיתה נרשמת, ובנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, ונודיע לך במייל כשהמחיקה הושלמה.

אין לך גישה לכתובת של החשבון?

אם אתה עדיין יודע את הסיסמה: אפשר להתחבר באפליקציה ולמחוק משם. ההתחברות והמחיקה מבקשות רק את הסיסמה, לא קוד במייל.
אם אין לך גם את הסיסמה: כתוב לנו מכתובת אחרת, וציין את כתובת המייל של החשבון. כדי לא למחוק חשבון של מישהו אחר, נבקש פרטים שרק בעל החשבון יודע — למשל מתי בערך נרשמת, ושמות של כמה תבניות או תרגילים שיצרת. נמחק רק אם הפרטים תואמים; אם לא נוכל לוודא שהחשבון שלך, לא נמחק, ונסביר למה.

מה נמחק

החשבון: כתובת המייל והסיסמה.
כל הנתונים בענן: הפרופיל, האימונים, הסטים, התבניות, התרגילים שיצרת וההערות — כולל מה שסימנת כמחוק.

אחרי המחיקה אי אפשר לשחזר את הנתונים.

מה נשאר

בטלפון: מחיקה במייל מוחקת רק בענן. כדי למחוק את מה שבטלפון, הסר את האפליקציה.
יומנים טכניים אצל ספקי השירות (Supabase, Resend) — למשל כתובת מייל, כתובת IP ושעה של בקשה — נמחקים אצלם לפי המדיניות שלהם.
ההתכתבות על הבקשה נשמרת אצלנו, כתיעוד שטיפלנו בה.

Delete your Gorilog account

How to delete your Gorilog account and all its data in the cloud. You do not need to reinstall the app to ask for deletion.

The quick way: in the app

Profile → Delete account → confirm → your password. Deletion is immediate: the server deletes the account and all its data, and then the phone is emptied.

Without the app: by email

Email privacy@gorilog.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days at most, and email you when it is done.

No access to the account's email address?

If you still know your password: sign in to the app and delete from there. Signing in and deleting ask only for the password, not for an email code.
If you do not have the password either: write to us from another address and give the account's email address. So that we never delete someone else's account, we will ask for details only the owner knows, such as roughly when you signed up and the names of a few templates or exercises you created. We delete only if the details match; if we cannot confirm the account is yours, we will not delete it, and we will tell you why.

What is deleted

The account: your email address and password.
All your data in the cloud: profile, workouts, sets, templates, the exercises you created and your notes, including anything you marked as deleted.

After deletion, the data cannot be recovered.

What remains

On your phone: deletion by email deletes only in the cloud. To delete what is on the phone, uninstall the app.
Technical logs at our service providers (Supabase, Resend), such as an email address, an IP address and the time of a request, are deleted by them under their own policies.
The emails about your request are kept by us, as a record that we handled it.
