Gorilog היא אפליקציית יומן אימונים לחדר כושר. הדף הזה מסביר אילו נתונים נשמרים, איפה, למה, ואיך מוחקים אותם.

בלי חשבון — הכול נשאר בטלפון

אפשר להשתמש ב-Gorilog בלי להירשם. במצב הזה האימונים, התבניות וההגדרות נשמרים רק בטלפון שלך, ושום דבר מהם לא נשלח אלינו.

עם חשבון — מה נשמר בענן

אם נרשמת כדי לגבות ולסנכרן, נשמרים בשרת:

• כתובת המייל והסיסמה. הסיסמה נשמרת מוצפנת באופן חד-כיווני, ואי אפשר לקרוא אותה. נשמרת גם שפת האפליקציה ברגע ההרשמה, כדי לשלוח את מייל הקוד בשפה הנכונה.
• הפרופיל: השם (אם מילאת), יחידות המשקל וזמן המנוחה.
• האימונים: תרגילים, סטים, משקלים, חזרות, זמנים והערות.
• תבניות האימון, התרגילים שיצרת, וההערות האישיות שלך על תרגילים.

הנתונים משמשים רק להפעלת האפליקציה: גיבוי, סנכרון בין טלפונים, ושליחת קוד אימות במייל. אנחנו לא מוכרים אותם, לא משתפים אותם לפרסום, ולא משתמשים בהם לשום מטרה אחרת.

מה לא נאסף

• אין פרסומות, ואין כלים לניתוח שימוש (אנליטיקה) או למעקב.
• אין באפליקציה דיווח קריסות משלנו. Google Play עשויה לאסוף נתונים טכניים על קריסות, לפי המדיניות של Google.
• ההתראה של טיימר המנוחה נוצרת בטלפון עצמו, ולא עוברת דרכנו.
• במייל הקוד אין מעקב אחרי פתיחות או קליקים. יש בו תמונה של גורי שנטענת מהשרת שלנו, כמו כל תמונה באינטרנט; אנחנו לא משתמשים בזה כדי לדעת מי פתח את המייל.

ספקי שירות

• Supabase — ההתחברות ומסד הנתונים בענן. השרת בפרנקפורט, גרמניה.
• Resend — שליחת המיילים עם קוד האימות, מאירלנד.
• Cloudflare — האתר gorilog.com, והעברת מיילים שנשלחים ל-privacy@gorilog.com.

הספקים מחזיקים את הנתונים בשבילנו. הם שומרים גם יומנים טכניים — למשל כתובת מייל, כתובת IP ושעה של בקשה — לתקופה מוגבלת, לפי המדיניות שלהם.

מה נשמר בטלפון

• הנתונים נשמרים במסד הנתונים של האפליקציה, שאפליקציות אחרות לא יכולות לקרוא.
• התנתקות מוחקת מהטלפון את הנתונים של החשבון, אחרי בדיקה שהכול עלה לענן. לפני המחיקה האפליקציה שומרת עותק גיבוי, ליתר ביטחון — והעותק הזה נשאר בטלפון גם אחרי ההתנתקות. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת אותו. אנחנו מתכוונים למחוק אותו גם בלי הסרה.
• ייצוא לקובץ CSV יוצר קובץ בזיכרון הזמני של האפליקציה, כדי שתוכל לשתף אותו. הוא נמחק בייצוא הבא ובהתנתקות. עותק ששיתפת — נמצא במקום ששלחת אליו.
• אנדרואיד עשוי לכלול את נתוני האפליקציה בגיבוי של הטלפון לחשבון Google שלך, לפי הגדרות הגיבוי בטלפון.

מחיקת החשבון

• מתוך האפליקציה: פרופיל ← מחק חשבון. השרת מוחק את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים שלו בענן, ורק אחרי שהשרת אישר — הנתונים נמחקים גם מהטלפון.
• בלי האפליקציה: לפי ההוראות בדף מחיקת החשבון. נטפל בבקשה תוך 30 יום לכל היותר.

המחיקה כוללת את כל הנתונים בענן, גם מה שסימנת כמחוק באפליקציה, ואי אפשר לשחזר אותם אחריה. היומנים הטכניים אצל הספקים נמחקים אצלם, לפי המדיניות שלהם.

אפשר לבקש לראות את הנתונים שלך, לתקן אותם או למחוק אותם, במייל ל-privacy@gorilog.com. את האימונים שביצעת אפשר גם לייצא בעצמך: פרופיל ← ייצוא.

שינויים במדיניות

Gorilog is a gym workout journal app. This page explains what data is kept, where, why, and how to delete it.

Without an account, everything stays on your phone

You can use Gorilog without signing up. Your workouts, templates and settings are then kept only on your phone, and none of it is sent to us.

With an account, what is kept in the cloud

If you sign up to back up and sync, the server keeps:

• Your email address and password. The password is stored with one-way encryption and cannot be read. The app's language at sign-up is kept too, so the code email arrives in the right language.
• Your profile: your name (if you entered one), your weight units and your rest time.
• Your workouts: exercises, sets, weights, reps, times and notes.
• Your workout templates, the exercises you created, and your personal notes on exercises.

This data is used only to run the app: backup, sync between phones, and sending a verification code by email. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.

What is not collected

• There are no ads, and no usage analytics or tracking tools.
• The app has no crash reporting of its own. Google Play may collect technical crash data, under Google's policy.
• The rest timer notification is created on your phone and does not pass through us.
• The code email has no open or click tracking. It contains a picture of Gori loaded from our server, like any picture on the web; we do not use it to learn who opened the email.

Service providers

• Supabase: sign-in and the cloud database. The server is in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Resend: sends the verification code emails, from Ireland.
• Cloudflare: the gorilog.com website, and forwarding email sent to privacy@gorilog.com.

These providers hold the data for us. They also keep technical logs, such as an email address, an IP address and the time of a request, for a limited period under their own policies.

What is kept on your phone

• Data is kept in the app's own database, which other apps cannot read.
• Signing out deletes the account's data from the phone, after checking that everything reached the cloud. Before deleting, the app keeps a backup copy as a safety net, and that copy stays on the phone after signing out. Uninstalling the app deletes it. We intend to delete it even without uninstalling.
• Exporting to a CSV file creates a file in the app's temporary storage so you can share it. It is deleted on the next export and when you sign out. A copy you shared is wherever you sent it.
• Android may include the app's data in your phone's backup to your Google account, per your phone's backup settings.

Deleting your account

• In the app: Profile → Delete account. The server deletes the account and all its data in the cloud, and only after the server confirms is the data deleted from the phone too.
• Without the app: follow the steps on the account deletion page. We handle requests within 30 days at most.

Deletion covers all your data in the cloud, including anything you marked as deleted in the app, and it cannot be recovered afterwards. Technical logs held by the providers are deleted by them, under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@gorilog.com. You can also export the workouts you did yourself: Profile → Export.
